Camille

Camille is from Belgium, has completed her undergraduate studies in Liberal Arts and Sciences in Amsterdam and obtained her MSc in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She joined the team in October 2016 as a Project Manager. Her tasks include implementing the HEY BABY Pilot, supporting coordination of fieldwork activities and management of research staff. Camille’s favourite part of the role is engaging with and learning from Mzantsi Wakho’s team and implementing research of the highest quality within a resource-scare environment. Through this experience Camille intends to pursue a doctoral study focusing on adolescent health to understand the barriers that adolescent mothers face accessing patient-centered antenatal care and translating this into relevant public health policy.
