Philiswa lives in Ginsberg and is working as a Project Manager. She plays a key role in managing the research team in King William’s Town and coordinating with the East London office. This involves coordinating the daily fieldwork planning and managing referrals and finances. The project has helped her to understand the struggles young South Africans face in their daily lives and what they want for their future. In the future, Philiswa can see herself starting her own business.
