Thandokazi is a Research Assistant also tasked with ensuring that data collected is of high quality. She says the project has enabled her to meet community members with different socio-economic backgrounds and increase awareness of the current community development nexus. The virtue that most of the participants give consent to be part of the study has been equally rewarding for her.
