Elizabeth, or Lizzy, is a Project Manager and has been with Mzantsi Wakho since November 2014. Originally from the UK, Lizzy joined the Mzantsi Wakho research team in Oxford, but moved to East London in August 2015 to serve as Project Manager in the field. Her current tasks include ensuring quality of data collected, liaising with research supervisors, providing support to the team, and human resources. The project has imparted her with an invaluable experience of managing a diverse team of people committed to the project’s ultimate goal of impacting policy to improve the lives of vulnerable teenagers and their families.
